Monday evening, I met with the Mr. Michael Yauger President (and Vietnam war Veteran), Executive Board, and membership of Teamsters Union Local 786, asking for their "support." 

Yesterday, I met with the Executive Board of the IL Veterans Foundation to ask for their endorsement and support.  Also at this meeting was the President of the Teamsters Local 786 (Mr. Michael Yauger) since he's working with them on the union's "Helmets to Hard Hats" program which helps veterans find employment.

I am most pleased to announce that we received the unanimous vote of the Executive Committee of the IL Veterans Foundation offering support for funding and raising funds for the KWNM.

Also at this meeting, Mr. Yauger announced that his organization, ALONG with their "parent" Teamster Union Council #25, likewise has formally endorsed and will support the KWNM.

This is huge! Both organizations have also offered to take a leadership role by having their respective representatives on the KWNM Board of Directors, with full knowledge of each board member's primary responsibility to make a personal contribution and help raise funds.

All of this came about through the efforts of Elizabeth (Liz) Belcaster, President of EMB Consulting who I retained for this specific purpose.  At our recent board meeting, Liz made a presentation outlining her plan to involve these and other organizations with whom she has direct/personal contact.
